One Life Holistic Health, LLC is out of network with insurance companies and private pay only. We have chosen this as it provides more privacy for our clients without protected health information being passed to insurance companies; more freedom for the client to choose their treatment options; and quicker results as people are more motivated when they have more control over their healing process. With private pay clients get to choose quality care over what their insurance dictates. 

We are happy to provide superbills for those that have “Out of Network” benefits with their insurance and would like to file themselves.  

Please note that fees are based on practitioners not only being licensed psychotherapists, but also having training in the following: Functional Medicine for Mental Health, EMDR, iRest, Reiki Master Certification, and a somatic movement modality, at minimum.

30 minute Session: $95
60 minute Session: $175
90 minute Session: $225
